Free but i ve consistently had issues with my tenants applying and paying for credit and background checks. I use cozy to collect rent. Its fairly easy setup with the tenant and its free but the ach can take up to a week.

They ll be prompted to create a cozy account and securely enter their information to verify their identity. I d like to keep using cozy for screening but this issue keeps coming up. Just wanted to throw this out there for landlords who don t use cozy. 1 out of 3 will fail to process.
